• National Association of School Psychologists Resources for Families & Educators - Helpful and easy to understand handouts on important topics such as supporting students who refuse to separate from parents when they come to school and supporting children's mental health at home and school.

• Utah Parent Center - A Utah volunteer organization providing supports for parents of students with disabilities. Services include one-on-one consultations, workshops, presentations, and help with accessing community resources.

• SafeUT - The SafeUT Crisis Chat and Tip Line is a statewide service that provides real-time crisis intervention to youth through live chat and a confidential tip program – right from your smartphone. Licensed clinicians are available to provide supportive or crisis counseling, suicide prevention, and referral services.

• NAMI Utah - The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) offers free support groups for individuals impacted by mental health conditions, mentoring for those affected by mental illness, family resource facilitators, and more.
